Since its original launch back in 2018, ESPN+ has been the home of some of the most beloved sports leagues in the world, as well as original content and award-winning sports documentaries. But even as the brand continued to bolster its programming, awareness and intent around the service still remained low. So Preacher set out to reposition and relaunch ESPN+ with a new raison d’etre that kept fans at its core. “It Exists Because You Do” became the promise to give underserved sports fans the high-quality but hard-to-find live sports and original content they’ve long felt they deserved. By showcasing the streaming service’s lineup of international soccer, mixed martial arts, fantasy sports and 30 for 30 Films, Preacher set out to show the passionate but often overlooked sports fans of today that ESPN+ is the streaming service they simply can’t get anywhere else.
